Fab! Mandy and the team are super welcoming, accomodating and put you at ease. As someone who finds going to a hairdressers and the whole experience of getting their haircut intimidating, I felt I could be honest with Mandy and she wouldn't take offence if the anxiety became too much. It's incredible to see the WoW legacy live on in this accepting and wonderful space!

I always have a great experience at WoW, and would highly recommend it to anyone just wanting a haircut generally, as well as to those who want a haircut and are concerned about being & feeling safe and/or welcome. The people at WoW are genuinely so lovely, and the haircuts themselves are great too! Best place I've ever been haircut-wise, and I actually feel confident with my hair after getting it cut, which is something I rarely felt after getting it done in other places. 10/10 would recommend

Great staff, who understand and can work with curly hair. Great atmosphere, and they're fine with earplugs, and face masks being worn. They listen to what you want, and make sure you're consulted at every stage of cutting the hair. They made me love my hair again, after a particularly bad experience with a different business. The entrance step was too high for me to navigate with my wheelchair, but they're open to hopefully getting a portable ramp in the future to become even more accessible. Fantastic!

I can highly recommend Alice @hair28, such a friendly atmosphere and she makes you feel so relaxed. She understood my hair and knows how to style without having to pinpoint exactly what needs done- not something I’ve had before. I took my seven year old daughter and she had the best time and quote ‘that’s the best haircut I’ve ever had’ - to note, my daughter won’t let anyone wash her hair but no questions asked this day. Highly recommended and will definitely be my regular hairdresser from now on. Thank you hair@28, faith is restored

I love coming to Wow, I feel really listened to when I talk about what I am wanting from a haircut. In particular wanting a more masculine cut as a woman. The first time I came with vague descriptions, and photos that were inconsistent and dark, and I got exactly what I was looking for. I feel in very capable, safe hands with Wow. I love coming back.
