Rhys is a legend. As someone with Autism, finding the right stylist, let alone someone who can do Alt cuts is extremely difficult. Rhys went above and beyond He was so welcoming, and gave me exactly what I wanted. The other staff were talking so nicely about my hair too. I’m going to make this my new regular haircut place, 100%! I’m not someone who usually enjoys the haircut experience but with Alice, it’s so much more enjoyable. As well as being incredibly talented with hair, Alice is just so friendly, welcoming, patient, warm and funny. The salon is beautiful and makes you feel very comfortable. If you’re not having your done by Alice, you’re doing life wrong! 😊

Had a haircut with Richard, absolutely lovely! Very kind and we chatted the whole time. He also asked my preferred pronouns, gave recommendations and more feminine and masculine ways to style my hair and talked about products that would work with my hair type. Very open communication and felt very comfortable. Top recommendations and 100% looking forward to coming back. First hair stylist to truly make me feel comfortable with my hair

I had a brilliant experience getting a curly cut at Wow. Max was very kind and helpful, explaining everything that they were doing and did a wonderful job cutting and styling my hair, I felt super safe and comfy throughout. The dogs were also a highlight of course!

Fab appointment with Ceri today. I was really nervous about doing a balayage after a long period of time without colouring my hair. She made me feel completely at ease and kept me as natural as possible. I can’t wait to go back in future as I trust her completely with my hair 💕

honestly the best place to go to for a haircut!! Marley is so so lovely and the rest of the staff were so friendly. they are also amazing for layers!! recommend this place so much :)

Bel is the sweetest of girls and she really took care of me. She understood exactly what I wanted and I’ve left the salon feeling amazing. First visit to Alice and in LOVE with my new colour! After having a little break from colouring my hair, and some "stripey" balayage in the past, Alice spent time making sure she knew what I was after, advising where needed, and I left super happy with a beautiful, blended foiliage.
