First visit very nice the staff very polite and mr Rex cut my air very good ! I stay close by so look forward to future visits . Some treatment price found high like hair color etc just as a feedback.

I don’t mind paying high price for really quality service- The Hair was silky smooth and the guy was really fast and knowing how to work a long curly hair like mine. The Girls Jess and Jane are beyond sweet and caring my nails never looked that perfect even the color they choose for me was EPIC!!!! Love the entire experience 100%

Ali was the best I experienced so far. The only star missing is, because they gave me 12 noon appointment and called me at 1, when questioned over call, there was no explanation or apology, the person was like, are u coming now or no. That is very rude and not close to any level of customer service. I decided to visit and remove them from my list, forever, but Ali the person who cut my hairs, changed my view. Will go back for him.

Absolutely amazing experience. Got keratin treatment done for my hair. Dani at reception was very helpful in explaining and booking the appointment. There was no wait when I reached. Auddie did the procedure. He was fabulous to say the least. The hair ironing specially was done meticulously by him on my fairly long hair. He was friendly and treated my hair with love. Coffee was offered thrice and finally i took one. The cleaning staff whose name I forgot was also great in conversing while I was taking a comp massage on the superb massage chair. He treated me like a guest more than a customer.

A great root touch by Teresa followed by a very thorough and well washed mop of hair by Charlotte, which is as important as the colour, and then of course the fabulous curls I bounced out of the salon with thanks to her.
