The service was awesome and all staff are very friendly and helpful. They were always checking in to make sure I was okay throughout the service. The deluxe pedicure was amazing, and the massage was so relaxing. I am super happy with my manicure as well, and there were so many colours to choose from.

Jenn was amazing, I got a mani and a facial and I feel so refreshed! She has fun colours for your nails and BIAB has made my nails feel so strong after getting a bad quality mani from another salon jenn saved my nails! Her facials are also always catered to what your skin needs!! 10/10 service and quality

I am 1000% satisfied with her suggestions for my.manicure and pedicure. Additionally, I was pleasantly surprised with the mini massage she provided me after my manicure. Annie was wonderful to talk to - she takes her time to explain in detail and ensures the guests are comfortable as well as satisfied with the services being provided. It truly feels like home, and I love the privacy it offers compared to commercial spas. The place is spotless, and Annie, along with the rest of the team, is incredibly warm and welcoming. Everyone is kind and professional. They offer a selection of drinks - hot tea, lemon water, or hot water plus along with light snacks, which is such a thoughtful touch. I left feeling completely rejuvenated after the massage. The hand mask was also a lovely surprise as it was my first one in 25 years of getting manicures 😍

I had my hair washed with silky shampoo and a keratin treatment, and the results were amazing. My hair feels incredibly soft, smooth, and shiny without feeling heavy. The keratin really helped reduce frizz and made my hair much easier to manage. I also had a paraffin hand treatment, which was so relaxing. My hands feel deeply moisturized, soft, and refreshed—perfect for dry or tired skin. They provide a wonderful experience. I left feeling pampered and well taken care of. I recently visited Reach Medspa for the Naked Nail Manicure, and I must say, the experience exceeded all expectations. As a 30-year-old man who isn't accustomed to nail care, the staff made me feel incredibly comfortable and the atmosphere was also very inviting. Truly outstanding customer service. I really appreciate that the manicurist highlighted my natural look and that they took the time to explain each step, making sure I felt at ease. I'm already looking forward to my next visit.

If i could always travel from downtown to Mississauga just to meet Harry it should say a lot tbh.
