Madison was very friendly and professional. She made sure my comfort was at the forefront of the experience. She also did a great job on giving my feet a glow up after months between pedicures. I would definitely go back to Smudge if I'm back in Ottawa and need my nails done.

This was my first time at this salon. Such a beautiful space! I am so in love with my nails and they did a fantastic job on my eyebrows too. I have went through 5 other salons since moving to the west end of Ottawa but this is the one I'll be returning to again and again. I appreciated the small talk, complimentary drinks and how sweet everyone was! 10/5 stars!

This is by far the best nail bar in the city of Ottawa. Philip & his team of expert nail techs are polite, professional & inviting. The salon is immaculate & no matter who you choose & appointment with, you will be guaranteed a 5 star experience. I can’t say enough great things about this spot! Nikki did a fabulous dip powder manicure on my very short, natural nails. She was patient, thorough, and detailed. Amazing cuticle care and nice, even polish. Also, she did not comment on the length of my nails nor did she encourage extensions, which I very much appreciated. We did not chitchat and the salon was calm, making for a relaxing experience. I will definitely book Nikki again.

Olivia is an expert in gel nails! My nails are always done to perfection. Receive compliments on an ongoing basis. Nails lasted over 5 weeks, more than covering my holiday. Been a client for 3+ years and have no plans to change!
