Sultana was amazing! Took her time and really made sure she did a quality job. Remembered me from my last appointment and was very welcoming and thoughtful throughout the manicure. I had such a lovely time getting my nails done. The place was elegant and very comfortable. I was offered hot tea and water multiple times. Tamires did my manicure and pedicure and she was absolutely lovely. So sweet and a job well done.

Sierra is a brow queen! Always leave feeling happy with her services ! The Refinery is a sanctuary in downtown Kingston.

Very friendly and attentive staff. The surroundings could not be more appealing as you look out onto Kingstons city hall and downtown businesses…. Limestone central!

Every time I go to the refinery it immediately reduces any stress levels walking into the clam and welcoming oasis overlooking market square in downtown Kingston. Can’t top the experience they provide!

Such a wonderful and relaxing experience at The Refinery! I had a shellac manicure and pedicure with Tamires, and she gave me the most beautiful results. As someone who is highly indecisive when it comes to my nails, she patiently helped guide me to the perfect colour and nail shape. Tamires is also incredibly kind, and a treat to chat with! I’m looking forward to my future appointments with her!

I had a lovely day at the spa with Marilyn! I asked her to try and match the shellac on my hands as best as possible with regular polish and it turned out so well! For the facial, Marilyn took the time to find out what my skincare concerns were and tailored it to my needs and sensitivities/allergies. The whole experience was super relaxing.

Sarah is the manicure queen! She always makes sure my nails are shaped beautifully and is always happy to experiment with the polishes, like layering different colours or adding chrome. I always get a ton of compliments every time Sarah does my nails!

Marissa did my French manicure with care & special attention to problem areas. A very relaxing experience!
