I had such a lovely time getting my nails done. The place was elegant and very comfortable. I was offered hot tea and water multiple times. Tamires did my manicure and pedicure and she was absolutely lovely. So sweet and a job well done.

I had a great experience with Kitana! I have straight, thick asian hair and Kitana did a wonderful job at giving me the layered cut that I had in mind. All of the staff were very kind and attentive and the space is super cozy :)

Everyone at the studio was so kind and welcoming. It can be difficult when you're neurodivergent to find a stylist and studio that's a good fit, but I finally feel like I've found the right fit for me. Sydney took the time to really understand what I wanted and make sure she got it right, and it's the best haircut I've ever gotten. Immediate compliments after my appointment. Thank you!

Sierra is a brow queen! Always leave feeling happy with her services ! The Refinery is a sanctuary in downtown Kingston.

Very friendly and attentive staff. The surroundings could not be more appealing as you look out onto Kingstons city hall and downtown businesses…. Limestone central!

Every time I go to the refinery it immediately reduces any stress levels walking into the clam and welcoming oasis overlooking market square in downtown Kingston. Can’t top the experience they provide!

Such a wonderful and relaxing experience at The Refinery! I had a shellac manicure and pedicure with Tamires, and she gave me the most beautiful results. As someone who is highly indecisive when it comes to my nails, she patiently helped guide me to the perfect colour and nail shape. Tamires is also incredibly kind, and a treat to chat with! I’m looking forward to my future appointments with her!
