Pedicures at Black Phoenix Beauty are the new stress relievers 🥰 This was a perfect way to start of my self care routine at the beginning of the year! Tammy was thorough and very detailed with her Classic Pedicure, with cleanliness a priority. I wanted something that would stay fresh during my trip, so she recommended gel. Tammy easily upgraded me to a Gel Polish Pedicure and it lasted my entire trip - even with me walking over 6 miles in boots every day for just over a week! Thanks to Black Phoenix Beauty, I walked into 2022 with smooth, refreshed feet and super cute toenails 👏🏾

I loved her professionalism. She made sure to alert me of the stinging sensation I may feel with the product when it goes under the UV light Gave advice on nail care and the use of using cuticle oil. I love the Builder Gel.

Nerigga did an excellent job taking care of my hands and feet. So loved the massage element of the manicure, but especially the pedicure. Special gifted hands. Thank you. Only room for improvement is it would have been nicer to have the gel removal complimentary, considering I had 3 treatments, 2 of those being luxury.

I've had gel manicures and a definite plus for me with the polygel system is the extra week I get out of my nails before having to come back in for a refill. I also had some broken nails so getting those extended for an even look was a plus, as well as trying a new shape, which was something I was curious about, but never wanted to apply to my natural nails alone.

I enjoyed the services. The manicure and pedicure were good. The massage was excellent. However, the gel polish was caking shortly after I left and was completely off my the next morning.

I had a great experience at the spa. I got there about 5 mins early and everything was ready to begin. The ambiance is relaxing and Rianne was a gem. I felt comfortable and really enjoyed our conversation. With her assistance, I picked a polish colour that was just right for me. I absolutely loved it! I even got a complimentary cookie!!!
