It was lovely experience. Shilpa is always warm and friendly with all her clients. I got my hair done with their newest Hair Dresser Indu. It’s as her second day at the salon. She was quite polite and patient. Listened carefully to all my preferences, recommended the colour shades suitable for hair colour. She was respectful throughout the session and ensured that I was comfortable. Highly recommended hair dresser and the Salon.

Had a full leg wax, was perfect. She was careful and took time to make sure there was no hair remaining. Finished with a lovely little massage :-)

This is my second time I had Keratin Hair Treatment with Kess Hair & Beauty Onehunga My first Keratin treatment was with Sika a gentleman from Srilanka he is excellent Hairdresser. Very polite , soft spoken , deep into costumer service . He is did my hair very carefully very skill into it My hair today done by Rossie and Shilpa Both were amazing with smooth result. Shilpa always there for me doing great with products recommendation and beauty treatments . Also the price here is amazing , when I had the same treatment in other salon they charged me with double price but doing bad .

It’s rare to enjoy a hair salon visit. I was exactly 40wks pregnant and doing last min pamper and kess onehunga definitely lived up to it. Carefully guided/assured to each stations for hair treatment by one kind lady and then the stylist who cut my hair knew exactly what my hair needed by looking at density etc she put in words what I couldn’t and I really appreciated it. I didn’t get names but I will hunt them down lol Will definitely be going back for postpartum treats. Thanks team.
