Fantastic!! everytime i visit the hairdressers, I feel like it is a whole expereince. everyone is so lovely, chatty and friendly. Emily takes her time to make sure she fully understands what im asking for but also help me to maintain the health of my hair. Absolutely loved my full body massage & hot stones with Gaynor. This is the first time I’ve ever had a massage as I’ve always avoided it with having a cervical slipped disc, it was the best decision I could of made having it done. Gaynor made me feel so comfortable & relaxed, explained everything in detail. My daily pain feels so much more subsided, this is something I will go on to have done on a monthly basis, the environment is relaxing & comfortable I almost fell asleep. Had a full body exfoliation massage by Anne-Marie, and WOW. Such a fab treatment to prepare the skin for holiday; helps to tan and I find tan lasts longer. Anne-Marie was very knowledgeable and professional, would not hesitate to have this treatment again.

I was worried as my appointment was delayed (and had to get back to work) but I needn’t as my nails were done beautifully in a quick time! Thank you.

Had a back, neck and shoulder massage with Gaynor today. Well what can I say.. the massage was genuinely one of the best massages I’ve ever had (and I’ve had a fair few).
