I had such a lovely experience with my appointment! Stephanie is honestly amazing at what she does. she’s so lovely, friendly and makes you feel completely comfortable from the moment you walk in. We chatted and laughed throughout the whole appointment, which made the time fly by! She’s also so quick and efficient while still being so thorough and professional x I always leave feeling so happy with the results, and i never go anywhere else since iv been for the first time couple of months ago. Valeria was absolute sweetheart!! This was my second ever full wax (Brazilian) and I had let her know I was nervous but she made the whole experience so quick and as pain free as possible! This was my first time with her. I could see how clean and progressional she is, so much better than the last place I went to. She is also thorough with her work, a perfectionist! Unlike other places/ people, she gave me an aftercare card, an exfoliating glove and a lotion for the treated area. As someone who has always been self conscious with my eyebrows, my problems were all fixed today! Valeria took the time to help me achieve my desired look, with minimal pain and a lot of patience.
