This is by far the best waxing experience I’ve had in a long time! Having moved to Vancouver from Western Australia in March, I’ve been really nervous about finding a new salon to go to as I’ve had MANY bad experiences in the past. Sam COMPLETELY changed that for me. She was amazing. SO quick and I have absolutely zero complaints. Left with an eyebrow massage and a free chai tea! (I got home about 10 minutes ago so that’s how happy I am with the service!) Even the warm welcome at reception was amazing! Thanks SO much! Olga is amazing! She gives very helpful advice and information. She educates as she treats. The place is extremely clean as well and I have the impression of high standards. I came initially for ear piercing, but now this will be my place of choice for waxing and facials.

I'd never had brow threading before (only waxing) but I was impressed with the speed of the service and the clean look it left. I like that Preeti drew the brow shape she was aiming for; it made me comfortable I'd like the result. And I do.

I was nervous going in because I just recently moved to Vancouver; I've only trusted a few select people with my eyebrows but seeing all the wonderful reviews, I decided to take the plunge and book with Sam. It was my first time doing eyebrow threading and it's so much better than waxing! Sam was fantastic, she was very gentle, I got a little massage after, and my eyebrows look amazing! I recently had an appointment with Reet who threaded my eyebrows for the first time since the start of the pandemic. Reet was great! She consulted with me throughout to ensure that I was happy with the shape and fullness. The massage to finish off was amazing, especially relaxing before heading back to the office for the afternoon.

I absolutely love this place! Always excellent service and excellent results :) I normally see Preeti for my eyebrows and waxing and she always does the BEST job!!! <3333 she's also very thorough and quick which makes it that much better! :) I highly recommend this place for waxing / threading / microblading and tinting :)

Amazing as always! Carmen is super funny and it takes away from the fact that I’m lying there naked getting hair ripped from my skin. I’ve also never felt judged with Carmen, which I’ve felt at past waxing places. Fastest and most thorough wax ever!!

Naina was amazing! Super friendly. Love my eyebrows and how precise she was! Also, the waxing was super quick and I felt good leaving. The little hand while waiting for the tint on my eyebrows was the cherry on the top!
