A really nice experience, although I have had experience waxing before, I have never had a full body wax. I was slightly nervous with it being my first time😭 however I was made to feel very comfortable and it was honestly a really pleasant experience. The beautician communicated with me throughout the service, to ensure my comfort which really enhanced the experience. I’ve been to the beauty loft a few times and the service is honestly something that Cant be replaced by any other salon, its the only salon I can ever go to now, only took one eyebrow shaping session and now a loyal customer😂

This was my third session for deep Thai full body massage with special attention to frozen shoulder. Due to some concern, masseuse got distracted as it had to be attended but she apologized and I was given extra time. The session was painful as expected 😬 but great. I would highly recommend Bee Bee to anyone with any concerns. I wish Bee Bee all the best.

What an experience... i have had many full body massages and often I have not fully enjoyed it, yet here... i fell asleep like a baby.... Facial treatment was as good, prior to the treatment a full conversation was about my face ( any allergies, what products I have used before, have I ever reacted to any of the products...), long story short, Julia picked the perfect treatment and my face is glowing right now. I had the 2hour TCM treatment package today and am so glad I did! I had the flu last week and it left me with a lot of neck, shoulder and back pain, as well as sinus pressure pain. Yan listened to my symptoms and used a variety of methods - massage, acupuncture and moksa - to treat them. I felt so much relief and feel so much better! I would really recommend her services during these cold, winter months where we are prone to getting sick more. She is so skilled and experienced and her treatment works so well for headaches, back pain and bad circulation. It is also a very relaxing experience!

I’ve been struggling with lower back pain and poor blood circulation in my legs, which often causes swelling. After the treatment, I felt so much lighter and more relaxed. I saw Yan for accupuncture to help with headaches and migraines I’ve been having lately. I got a lush massage to begin to help ‘warm up’ my body, then accupuncture, and then a lovely head massage with a gua sha tool she used – so relaxing I almost fell asleep. I enjoyed it so much and I haven’t had a headache since!

this time i got my hair done full head of highlight and full head colour, and let me tell you this, i had long thick hair took them all day to do and didnt reat until i was done, these two amazing ladies came to my house made me feel at ease, looked after my two girls so i didnt have to worry about a thing. My hair is quite dark so the colour didnt come out, these ladies didnt stop there no sir, the next day they did my base again to make sure i got the colour i wanted and i was happy, so profession and customer focused, they are well worth the price they charge and have an amazing personality
