Had my intimate and under arms waxed with Calais. This is my second time getting my intimate done and 3rd time getting my under arms done. Professional as always and offers the option to have a break if needed. Talks you through what she is doing during each step and let’s you know some parts that may be a bit more painful than other areas. She does a great job each time and makes the experience really good.

If I could give 11/10 I would. Lauren is not only a true professional but she is friendly, caring, attentive & Always goes above and beyond. She makes me feel safe, always ensuring I have the full information regarding any procedures to help me make an informed choice. Her prices are reasonable and she is just amazing. I would always go to her place for beauty treatments and I can't recommend her any higher than I do.
