Before he even said "Hello" to me, he touched my hair and looked at the style I have. He also checked the picture that I showed him again to see if everything is how it should be! You absolute have to try! Thanks Fayez. And this is not a classic Dubai "give me good 5 star rating" request. I genuinely mean it! Also, please tip him! Thanks! I have been visiting this spa since years. It’s more expensive than many other Balinese spas in Dubai but it delivers a great level of relaxation and hires qualified staff. Plus, their ginger tea is great.

What a beautiful little sanctuary! Spent the afternoon here being pampered and treated like queens! All the staff and therapists were so warm and friendly and the atmosphere was incredibly relaxing and comforting. The massage therapist was exceptional and the hairstylist was highly skilled and attentive. A true gem in Dubai not to be missed - highly recommended and I cannot wait to go back!

I love this place. The atmosphere and treatments are on a highest level. It is a real time for me. The service is incredible professional and I feel maximum care always. My must have are hydra facial together with gloving! The effect on my skin is wonderful! My face looks beautiful and without any skin problems for weeks.
