The second skincare specialist left some of the black mask on my nose and between my eyebrows after the carbon laser treatment. Both individuals who provided the skincare treatments were kind and in a good mood, unlike the receptionist who was there when I left after my treatment. I also appreciated how they paid attention to my comment about focusing on my nose, I thought they were blackheads, but it was actually hair and whiteheads. They were always explaining the treatments and what was being applied to my face.

Excellent service with immediate results. I had the charcoal laser facial done and immediately saw clearer skin. I cant wait to go back in a few weeks for my PRP facial. I was super impressed with the care and attention I received at my facial appointment on Friday night. The whole team welcomed me in with a friendly smile and a kindly manner. First Impressions count so much. Daniella was very tentative and thorough in explaining in detail what she was doing and what products she was using on my face. Impressive results. I definitely will keep recommending Phoenix Lasser to my friends.
