Xue Hui was great. She’s genuine and passionate about her job. Unlike many other therapists that I met, who only focus on sales and profits. I’ve willingly signed a package with her and the price is reasonable. The place isn’t like those high end environment, but Xue Hui’s facial skills is outstanding, and to me, that’s mostly what I cared about. Highly recommend Xue Hui (also known as Hui Hui) and give her an opportunity to do wonders to your face.

Awesome experience, such a calming and relaxing environment. Therapist is also very professional and patient to explain the treatment to me. If you’re staying in the north of Singapore, This is the place to visit to pamper your skin! You would be greeted to a clean place that was welcoming, and had a charming and relaxing ambience. I like that the place had up to date equipment and organised with quality products. Nanee came across a very experienced facialist, who offered advise upon requests, and cared to share tips and information without being overwhelming. She was gentle during the whole process of the facial and explained the different processes that was about to take place so that was really assuring for a first timer.

I really appreciate Vernice’s professional service and thoughtful skincare advice. She is knowledgeable about the products and takes the time to explain the different options with transparency, which I really value. Going for facials has always been a form of self care for me, and I especially appreciate the calming environment e.g. the gentle music, soothing aroma, and the comfort of the soft bed and blanket. It makes the whole experience feel relaxing and restorative.

It was my first time doing rejuran microneedling with them and i love how Pei Xin is so meticulous and professional with the whole session.
