I always see immediate visible improvement that lasts longer than expected whenever I come for a facial here. Sharifah also keeps notes on all her customers so that she can monitor and advise on our skin condition whenever we come next. No hard-selling and always so pleasant. I always look forward to my next session with The Organic Room. :) I highly recommend this place especially if you don't like painful extractions.

As usual, Jo does an incredible job. I noticed that the monochrome sugar slows down the hair growth for me and she shared that my skin isn’t as dry as before, which means their products actually work. Also, I tried the Relaxing Facial today and besides me still not getting used to the facial steaming, everything else was great. I am starting to think Jo has magic hands because she’s apparently good at massages too! The massage really helped loosen up my tensed shoulders and I’m feeling lighter on my upper body. Looking forward for my next appointment. Thank you so much Jo!

I decided to try the Monochrome sugar for Brazilian today and Sugar Uplifting and I have no regrets. The Monochrome sugar left my skin feeling very soft and smooth, I am hoping the growth of my hair would be slower too. The uplifting facial is so refreshing and my face feels super hydrated after the session. I enjoyed my session today and have to thank Jojo for the wonderful service. She does a thorough job but is gentle at the same time. Thank you for making it so comfortable throughout my sessions with you thus far. See you again!

Had an awesome Elight routine today when my therapist, Ventus, introduced a new LED facial treatment (to replace the tradition face mask) at Lavender outlet. Hopefully it will be introduced to all outlets soon! Ventus was as always thorough with all treatment details, thumbs-up! 👍🏻😊

Awesome!!! Super!!! I love my hair! When I told Jayson that I want something new and short, I showed him some pictures, and he brought to life! 💖 I feel so good and confident with my hair. It really means a lot to me because this is the first I try to give myself some “me” time and it was totally worth it! And by the way the massage during hair wash is absolutely relaxing!!

Good experience as a first timer. Chrystal very patient, kind & understanding. However my husband has not a good experience as his is young & inexperience. Also we didn’t buy package because of your 3% if using nets?! So strange

Jason explained with patience and is honest. I also love his haircut. So light n soft.

Steven is fast, professional and good. He always checks on me throughout the session. Strongly recommended.
