Kia ora. Your face is part of you that only a few get close to/intimate with but I immediately felt comfortable and new I was in good hands with Melanie. There were no surprises, as every step was clearly explained before hand. The smell and feel of the products were beautiful, matching the soothing music and gentle hands. I came away from my first ever full facial feel relaxed and refreshed. I would highly recommend Mind and Body to anyone considering treating themselves.

I think that the facial treatment that I had on Saturday just might’ve been the most relaxing one I've ever had. I loved that Meg started by saying that she didn't like to talk during the type of facial I had. There's nothing worse than wondering if you should make conversation during a facial so I liked not having to wonder this. This was just wait I needed! Devine foot scrub and pedicure on a winters day followed by a facial, eye trio and caffeine under eye pads. I floated out the door!

I was a new client, and was blown away by my treatment facial. Katrina was incredibly professional, her studio is divine and my skin left feeling AMAZING! Will definitely be returning ❤️
