Wonderful experience at my Spa Massage just outside York. Afer much online research, booked Deep Tissue Massage Treatments for Two (sister and self) at Shabby to Chic just outside York centre and were completely satisfied. Both Elise and Sarah were very professional taking pride in their work - both therapists took the time to listen as to which areas to concentrate on and the treatments were tailored accordingly. Wished we lived nearer, as were just in York for a couple of days - would like to go back on a regular basis to pursue a tailored treatment plan - can't speak highly enough!

My visits here are always a massive highlight for me. Lisa, Stacey and Alix were so welcoming. Always friendly and caring and creates such a relaxing environment. There is nowhere else in York like it! Alix took such time and care doing my nails and the art I had found. Fantastic job and love my nails. Incredible Japanese head spa, such a relaxing environment from the offset with the heated bed and weighted blanket. My scalp has never felt so clean and healthy, and the mini facial and neck and shoulder massages were an amazing bonus!

I love visiting select. The staff are chilled and friendly. They don't mind who you go with for treatments as long as you're relaxed. They're highly trained & knowledgeable and happy to chat or be quiet if I'm zoned out. The facials and hot oil massages are gorgeous, but don't plan anything afterwards because you'll be so relaxed! They're brow experts. It's not easy finding people you trust who are consistently good. For electrolysis, they're the best in York, I tried 3 other places before finding Joanne. The location is easy to find and has free parking.

Victoria was super friendly and welcoming. As we were in York for my daughters wedding we didn’t know where to get a hair up do and purely went off reviews. Victoria is excellent at up dos and 3 of us were more than happy with the end result. We would all 100% recommend her. You will not be disappointed I promise

Char is THE best at hair extensions in York by a mile. The blend is outrageous, colour match is spot on, she just knows exactly how to make it look so natural. She’s also the best therapist whilst working! The easiest person to talk to, goes above & beyond to accommodate you with every appointment. Just always a pleasure. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. Another lovely luxury pedicure with Helen. My poor neglected feet are now ready for the summer! Helen has such a warm and friendly manner and puts so much attention into her beauty therapies. I have tried a few centrally located salons in York but find them rushed and overpriced for the quality of treatments and customer service. I highly recommend Helen and Haze!
