She included different elements like a sound bath and healing crystals, as well as using special massage tools, which really elevated the experience. I would highly recommend a treatment at Jessica Bower Wellness. My Indian Head Massage was heavenly! The room was calm and the scents absolutely divine. Jessica explained the treatment in detail before starting. I felt instantly relaxed as I cocooned myself into the bed which had a weighted & heated blanket. The products felt amazing on my skin during the facial/shoulder massage. I felt totally relaxed and well looked after.
