Wonderful experience, Lyndsay sent good instructions to help find her unit. There is a car park on merry street. She was very warm and friendly. The treatment was great, especially the back massage. It was great pressure for me and I felt alot of the tension meting away. I'll definitely be coming back for a full massage and I'll be gifting this package for my sister in law's upcoming birthday. Honestly I got a great service and it had a little bit fo everything. A mini facial, mask to soften your feet and the massage was favourite. Will definitely be coming back & reccomend if you need a treat

I’ve had trouble with my skin/pores over the past 10 years and got the hydro facial. Usually when I get facials they are uncomfortable and quite invasive to get the best result but the one I got today was so relaxing whilst always hydrating my skin and calming inflammation down. Thank you!!

Had a fantastic neck, back and shoulder massage and facial by Lauren. Lauren made me feel so relaxed. The neck, back and shoulder massage was one of the best I have ever had. I have left feeling lighter thanks to Lauren’s amazing massage skills. Already booked back in for next month.

Great experience today at Room 55. In for the Autumn survival kit, full body exfoliation and massage along with a facial. This treatment was so good and my skin feels amazing after it. Nicola is so lovely, explains everything and makes you feel so relaxed. I'll definitely be booking again .

I’ve just had the Top to Toe Pamper at Serenity and WOW… what an experience! From the moment I walked in, I felt relaxed, but Lauren truly took it to another level. Her touch is incredible — she has that rare magic where you can feel the stress melting away with every movement. The deluxe facial left my skin absolutely glowing, the full body massage released tension I didn’t even realise I was holding, and the reflexology was the perfect grounding finish. I had my first ever japanese head spa with Natalie, I was so relaxed throughout. I enjoyed the scalp analysis before and after, My scalp was very dry to start with and I could see a big difference at the end! I also got the most lovely facial and the hand and arm massage included was perfect. My next head spa is booked! Natalie is an Amazing therapist. Thank you x

Recently booked in for deep tissue massage, facial , foot spa and a balayage. Massage was excellent especially after with three c sections! I felt brand new after. Foot spa and facial were good but - the facial broke me out badly (possibly might just been my skin being sensitive) and foot spa didn’t really help with any rough skin but definitely relaxing! Had my balayage with Charlotte and honestly Iv had so many compliments on my hair. Finally found a hairdresser who gives you exactly what you ask for and leaving your hair feeling healthy! Will definitely be retuning for my hair! 100%
