Before starting the body massage, Sophena took great care and time to sit down and discuss the treatment with me. She explained thoroughly how the session would target and help ease my lower back pain. It is rare to find a therapist so dedicated to client education and care. I left feeling fantastic!

Sophena is honestly the best in the business. From the second you step foot in her beautiful premises you are made to feel at ease straight away. I can speak to Sophena as if I’ve known her my whole life. She’s a special lady. I’ve left feeling fantastic. Can’t wait to go back. Highly recommend. No 2 treatments are the same.
