waxing might not be the most fun thing you experience in your entire life, but laughing throughout the full appointment definitely makes it worthwhile! Jocelyn was an absolute dream, making me feel so comfortable for the full appointment and getting me holiday ready. I cannot recommend Park West Spa enough, and I've already messaged all of my friends to tell them to get anything they need right here.

First time in the spa as it was a birthday gift and I was not disappointed! Lorraine was brilliant and my massge and head massage was brilliant. Spa was spotless and the staff were lovely. Ive already booked to go back in a few weeks to do it all again xx

I had a lovely morning at the spa I got a back neck and shoulder massage and it was so relaxing both the girls I had were really friendly and made me feel really welcome into the spa. It wad my 1st time here today and I will be back again for some more treatments in the future .

Absolutely incredible experience with Kristine! 10/10! Massage is better than most expensive Spa’s I have been too. Could not recommend enough!

Girls very friendly and looked after Molly well while she was having her teeth cleaned. Sparkling clean now. Highly recommended. 😊

The staff are so welcoming and friendly, it feels like you are dropping your pet off at a spa!

Tilly is always more gorgeous when she is picked up after her spa time with Kelly and the team. Tilly is made to feel special by everyone and I trust everyone to care for her.

Charlie has really settled here. Been going since he was a pup. Always has a good cut and staff are very pleasant.

Great service as usual, the staff go the extra mile to make sure you get what you want for your pet. Well done Beautipets.
