Wonderful experience, Lyndsay sent good instructions to help find her unit. There is a car park on merry street. She was very warm and friendly. The treatment was great, especially the back massage. It was great pressure for me and I felt alot of the tension meting away. I'll definitely be coming back for a full massage and I'll be gifting this package for my sister in law's upcoming birthday. Honestly I got a great service and it had a little bit fo everything. A mini facial, mask to soften your feet and the massage was favourite. Will definitely be coming back & reccomend if you need a treat

I’ve had trouble with my skin/pores over the past 10 years and got the hydro facial. Usually when I get facials they are uncomfortable and quite invasive to get the best result but the one I got today was so relaxing whilst always hydrating my skin and calming inflammation down. Thank you!!

I had 2 x 25 min treatments with Emma & it was amazing. I would highly recommend anyone to visit Emma, she asked questions to tailor my treatment & I thoroughly enjoyed my head/facial massage. I will 100% be booking in again in the near future with Emma!

I’ve been going to Caitlin for my lashes for years, and I wouldn’t trust anyone else. I’ve also had a facial and my lips done by her, and every experience has been outstanding. Her work is consistently of the highest standard, and I can’t recommend her enough!

Had a really great facial exfoliation treatment today. The session was very engaging and helpful, with useful suggestions for future care. Overall, an excellent experience and great service.

My experience was fantastic. Was booked in for a Swedish back neck and shoulder massage. Stacey was excellent. And took very good care with my shoulder pain. Also got help with skincare from Jocelyn & treated myself to a few skincare bits and received a voucher for a facial. Would 100% recommend the girls at park west and I'll be back very soon. Can't thank Stacey & Jocelyn enough x

The facialist was really warm, chatty and friendly. She did a fantastic job with my glass facial, really thorough dermaplane. I was really impressed. The parking is great and a nice cozy set up in the Hilton. I definitely will be back.
