I had the most incredible experience with Amy. I cannot recommend the hot stone facial enough, it was incredibly relaxing and the massage felt great. My skin has been glowing since the appointment. My holiday left my back incredibly itchy from sunburn, I desperately needed some relief, and laura delivered beyond all expectations! The dry brush, scrub, massage, and moisturise treatment was a godsend. It transformed my irritated skin, leaving me feeling so relaxed & thankfully, no longer reaching for a ruler to scratch my back! Next the facial was just amazing. I actually fell asleep, which is the ultimate testament to how incredibly soothing and effective it was. I left feeling well-rested, and my skin feels absolutely incredible. This retreat was the perfect way to unwind and relax X

The Japanese head spa experience was incredible. It was extremely relaxing and I would definitely recommend getting a facial at the same time because you have constant treatment. Naomi is extremely professional and as a former hairdresser ensures everything is done with your hairs best interest (including the blow dry afterwards). My hair was so soft and my scalp was in great condition. I absolutely recommend this to everyone ☺️
