I bought myself & my daughter a facial & we were really surprised at how good the whole experience was. The staff were all friendly & welcoming, the clinic beautiful. The room was warm, cosy & relaxing. Our therapists were both great, really experienced and the products were professional and smelt amazing. We both had a great massage while the face masks were on which was a lovelysurprise & really relaxing. The whole facial was done really well and our skin has been amazing since! We will definitely be going back and would highly recommend Shapins.
