The atmosphere is wonderful. Very quiet, extremely clean, and very presentable. It gives that ahhh, feeling of Zen. The facial service and massage have my double thumbs up for great etiquette, politeness, and understanding of superb customer service. The perfect place to go to after work, or just need to be there. p.s. They have extra slippers for you as you walk in, that way the floor does not get filthy, on their always nicely clean floors(wink)

PCOS girlies: if you have facial hair (like I do), you NEED to go and see Safora! She will search, locate, and eradicate all those tiny, nearly transparent baby hairs, and you'll feel like a whole new person. Highly recommended, I always have a great experience with her at Gatsby Markville.

Michelle was by far the best masseuse I've been to and I consider myself a massage afficionado! Her techniques and effort were amazing and I definitely felt results for days to come. I have been a repeat customer with Paulina and Safora and they always do a great job. Paulina is amazing at men’s haircuts. I’ve been going for the past 6 months now and she always does a magnificent job cutting my hair. I look like a new and improved person every time. Safora does eyebrow waxing for me after my haircut and it’s amazing as well. Doesn’t take too long and my eyebrows always look better than before. Great experience here always.

My experience was amazing!! Pauline did such a good job washing, cutting and blow drying my hair. I almost fell asleep when my hair was getting washed because it felt like a massage. If you do go here, definitely ask for Pauline. 💕 For my haircut, I got curtain bangs and she shaped some of my layers. She did a fabulous job. I also asked her to do long layers, so I could tie my hair up. She really did a good job. Everyone was so nice here too. I will definitely be coming back here 😀

Great experience right from the booking to the end of our visit ( I say our as I invited 2 family members to have massages/facials as well)!! I had a wonderful relaxing massage and foot reflexology!! The staff were friendly kind and accommodating when it came to pressure applied and key points of muscle tension and areas which were causing discomfort. Will visit again!!
