Jessica was very professional, and she has a great deal of knowledge about skincare. The gua sha massage was phenomenal - and my skin was left feeling moisturized (but not oily). 10/10 my favourite facial in Hamilton!

Katrina was so patient in answering my many questions before and during my session (which I absolutely enjoyed - especially the hot towel treatment). Compared to other facials I have had, I noticed a difference, even Geoff stated that my skin looked better (and he notices NOTHING). I look forward to returning to have Katrina perform her magic on another facial and special treatment. She recommended for me to consider needling, which I would never have thought of. I've been to Kilai Skin three times now for derma facials with Lai, and each time has been a wonderful experience. She is knowledgeable, caring, and friendly.
