Jessica was very professional, and she has a great deal of knowledge about skincare. The gua sha massage was phenomenal - and my skin was left feeling moisturized (but not oily). 10/10 my favourite facial in Hamilton!

this was one of the most relaxing and amazing facials i've received in a long time. I got the flourish facial with an extra add on of gua shua and i'm pretty sure i fell asleep at some point. so worth it! will def be coming back. :)

I had a very pleasant experience at the spa. This was my first visit. I felt safe,they took the covid protocol seriously. I was hand with a mask that looks like a beak covering the nose and mouth area. The mask did not obstruct the facial massage at all. Krista was very experience and knowledgeable. I've been to many beauticians back in Singapore and had never come across anyone like Krista. Her skills was so damn good i sure will be revisiting again for sure! Ambience was very comfortable and clean. 101% satisfactory!!!

Great facial treatment by Ate Vera and iv drip by Ate Janice. I was nervous in both as needles are involved but they were all supportive and making a lot of distraction for my pain. 😆 No pain, No gain! 😅 Thank you to Ate Lai for the yellow squishy ball. 😊 There was a lot of laughter and encouraging in the mix with all three wonderful ladies of KiLai. ❤️❤️❤️ Highly recommended to all who wants to feel their best, may it be your health or your skin, KiLai have the solution for it. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

I get botox, microneeding on my brows and have gotten many of their facials on the regular! All of their services are amazing and everytime I see results! I have been coming here for 3 years so far. I've been to Kilai Skin three times now for derma facials with Lai, and each time has been a wonderful experience. She is knowledgeable, caring, and friendly. I have oily/hormonal ace skin, and her derma facial services have been extremely beneficial, particularly the specialised equipment she utilises. The booking service is simple to use, and she is extremely accommodating. I'm always pleased with the results. The salon also provides a wide range of beauty treatments. Everything in one place! My facial with Ashley was wonderful! Her gentle touch was soothing as was the peaceful music. Ashley created a quiet space where excessive talking was not necessary, while she still explained what she was doing and answered questions. The products used felt good on my skin.
