Everything about this facial was devine!! Cat was very attentive and had a genuine friendly vibe. The massage felt so releasing and the use of tools was gentle & purposeful. I loved the smells of the authentic incense and the quality of skincare products used too. I have left there feeling on a cloud, couldn’t recommend enough! I will 100% be back.

I got the Christmas Bliss package and it was really enjoyable and relaxing. The masseuse was very accommodating with the small changes I requested, the facial was great and she did not initiate conversation, which I really appreciated. Highly recommended.

Manola does the best facials in Darwin! I have tried most places around town and left the experience feeling a bit meh. That is not the case when I see Manola, I float home and my skin looks better than ever!

I had a fantastic remedial massage and facial this morning. The massage was the best I've had. I came out thinking I'll book again tomorrow. Clean and lovely atmosphere, the girls very professional with their techniques.

Today I treated myself to the premium head spa and gua sha facial at Lift Your Soul, and it was honestly next level. I’ve had plenty of day spa treatments over the years, but nothing quite like this. Because it’s all focused on your head, you switch off completely — no thinking, no stress, just pure relaxation. Think of the best hair-wash you’ve ever had… then multiply it by 1000. With the facial combo, the whole experience stretches to 2 hours, and it was absolute bliss from start to finish. I walked out feeling lighter, calmer and completely reset. Highly recommend this one.

Ja is so professional and explained the process in detail so I knew what to expect. This is not a relaxation Gua Sha like her other services; however a deep re-contouring of facial muscles, reducing fine lines and wrinkles, lymphatic drainage and re-defining shape of the face. I’m continuing with monthly sessions. Fantastic ancient beauty treatment in comparison to modern standard treatments available.
