Jess is so so knowledgeable and has been able to answer all my questions and address my skin concerns with a bespoke answer which we discussed in my first consultation. Very welcoming and lovely - She has also been really understanding and accommodating when needed to move an appointment time. I went today for the “bye peach” dermaplaning treatment and it surpassed all my expectations! A full facial with many different steps (dermaplaning just one part of this!) including a lovely massage with ice rollers at the end. Really comfortable treatment bed and relaxing music and lighting, Beth was lovely too.
