I booked the new head spa & scalp massage with Estephanie and it was such an amazing and relaxing experience. From the aromas of the essential oils, the products she used, massage techniques, her care with my naturally curly hair, scalp and upper shoulder area it was a 10/10 service! I would highly recommend this service if you are someone who carries tension in their shoulders/neck area. I felt so much relief afterwards and my curls felt so nourished. Layla was the one to do my waxing, she was absolutely wonderful making sure to get every little baby hair! This was my first time getting a Brazilian wax, so I was feeling a bit vulnerable and anxious, Layla made me feel comfortable and made sure I stayed comfortable! I’d say the pain was 3.5/10, not bad at all! Thank you Layla and Meraki Beauty! 🥰

I am very new to going to have services done for myself, or to be pampered. Before Meraki, I was going to another place to get my eyebrows threaded. The place I was going to set my expectations to the ground. So I went to Meraki to try having my eyebrows waxed for the first time. They opened my eyes to what a spa is supposed to be, and more importantly, what the customer service and the quality of the service itself is to be. Everything from the environment, to the staff, and quality of the waxing was wonderful.

Honestly, this is the best waxing experience I have had in South Bend area. Professional, clean, courteous, and calm. Highly recommend Meraki!

I LOVED my lash lift and eyebrow shaping with Layla. She explained what she was doing throughout the process and she made me feel extremely at ease. She took her time and made my experience a 10/10. I also explained to her that I tend to have sensitive skin and it’s common for my skin to become irritated after a waxing. She listened to my concerns, offered a solution, and I left with waxed brows with no irritation afterwards. Cannot recommend Layla enough!

The moment I walked into the dim lit room with calming music playing, and a projection of the northern lights on the ceiling — I knew I was in for something very special. This was the most relaxed and clear minded I have felt in years! I tried my best to stay awake because I was enjoying the experience so much but I ended up passing out. I left Meraki with my face literally GLOWING! My skin looks so new and it feels so fresh! I will 100% be back!

Ludi and her cousin Luli (sp?) gave us fabulous, relaxing custom mother & daughter facials. They are both outstanding estheticians. We felt warmly welcomed by Daisy the moment we stepped into Meraki Beauty Studio and were offered water. The waiting room is lovely with a calming atmosphere. I've had other facials, but this one from Ludi was the best. My daughter and I had just returned from long, stressful overseas travels, so it felt great to be pampered and let go of tension. The skin on my 68-year-old face feels healthy & radiant. This was my first visit to Meraki, and I plan to return soon!

Ludí is awesome! She did an amazing job with both my facial wax and lash lift! It was my first time getting a lash lift and she made sure to explain everything to me beforehand and made me feel safe during the whole process. During the facial wax service I mentioned to her that she had a “good hand” for waxing because at other places I haven’t had the same experience. She responded, “I would hate to see you in pain, if you’re in pain then I’m in pain” so wholesome ❤️
