Jackie was able to fit me in before Valentines day for a service, thank you! Jackie is not only gave me a smooth body wax service, she recommended me great products to try for my face for dryness. I LOVE the serum I brought home and am eager to start the sunscreen she recommends. Salon guest care staff was very friendly and everyone seems really happy to help you. Great skincare services and Jackie is super knowledgeable.

What an elevated facial I experienced with Jackie! She is a true professional, taking the time to assess my skin’s needs with a thorough consultation, addressing concerns like fine lines, uneven tone, and dryness that come with age & sun. He listened very well from my very first visit and my haircut and highlights turned out great from my very first appointment. Changing salons can sometimes be stressful but there was no stress when seeing Greg. He is a master at his craft and truly cares about educating you about the techniques he is using and I am so happy to have found him at Venue Salon.

The space is very relaxing with light lighting and soft music, it's so hard for me to not fall asleep during facials! I visited Brandy twice and I have to say, I am SO glad I found someone who is knowledgable about skin care here in Lakeland. It's hard for me to trust just anyone with my skin as I am very sensitive but after my initial consultation, I feel comfortable and trust her recommendations. I had a great experience for my first facial! I did a 30 minute dermaplaning session. She was super sweet, informative, and made me feel really comfortable throughout the process. I’m definitely coming back for a chemical peel and a back facial next time!

Neblibana was amazing, she’s very thorough and strives to please. I love the CBD wax, to my surprise it was almost painless. She explained every step and ensured comfortability. As a black woman I am always worried about how I will be treated as a person and quality of service overall.
