Addy was an absolute GEM! I booked in for multiple waxing and threading services last night via the Fresha App and she called me this morning to re-confirm everything. Super professional and kind. The salon is presented beautifully, it is clean and Addy is so friendly and welcoming. She made me feel comfortable from beginning to end and that is the best underarm waxing and threading treatment I've had in a long time! And at such a great price point too. There is also parking directly across the road which is either free, or only a couple of dollars in the paid parking bay. Highly recommend!

Muhfusa and her team never fail to deliver great results. High quality, fast and professional waxing and I won’t go anywhere else after more than 20 years! Not to mention relaxing massage and blissful facials - highly recommend their services.

Juliet is a genius. I’ve not had brows like this since I lived in London where I’d get compliments all the time, but when I moved to Auckland I have really struggled to find a technician that truely listened to me and delivered on exactly what I wanted. My brows are even better than I had imagined. They look so good it’s as though I had a non-surgical facelift! Trust me, I’m not one for exaggerating. Juliet took her time and did an excellent consultation to establish what I wanted and I’m so grateful for her patience and understanding. She truly is brilliant with brows! Thank you.

I had the most relaxing experience at Crimson Beauty! I got a full body and Brazilian waxing done by Akansha, and she was absolutely amazing – professional, gentle, and made the whole process so comfortable. To top it off, she offered me a complimentary facial, and bless her magic hands, I had the most soothing face massage ever. I walked out feeling completely refreshed and pampered. I had never tried lamination before going to Better Brows but Juliet took so much time going through styles and shapes which would suit my face. Dinesh was great as ever . I explained I’d had some medical procedures on my face which had stitches so please be aware . He was mindful of that during the shampoo wash and blow dry. The scalp massage almost put me to sleep and the neck massage really relieved some arthritic pain I had experienced . Overall a great hairdressing experience . 5 star ++++ Pauline Lancaster
