Love going to Hayley for skinpen. Nothing is ever too much trouble and she’s so knowledgable, she literally knows everything skin related. I also love to stock up on products whilst I’m there. The little aftercare kits are the cutest and a nice little extra touch.

My first experience with Natalia was really good. She is very professional, reassuring, knowledgeable. She has done proper assessment of my health, skin needs and daily skincare routine. She was able to demonstrate different approaches and solutions without imposing it. Although there's a long way ahead before me after my first treatment I could see and feel visible difference. My face is brighter, softer and redness has calm down a lot. The treatment venue is very pleasant, bright and clinically clean which for me personally is also important.

I had microdermabrasion and then the whole face, neck and décolletage were collagen treated. I recommend the treatment to every woman who has dry skin at this time of year. the temperature outside is low, it's windy, and in the houses we turn on the central heating, so the skin needs proper moisturization from the outside, not only from the inside. I recommend the treatment and Natalia, who first assessed what my skin really needed and interviewed me.
