I had my first ever microneedling session and the results speaks for themselves . I was a little worried about the pain but Patrycja with her approach,profesional knowledge and positive attitude just made it smooth and enjoyable . If you are thinking about it, just do it you will not regret your time spent with Jo. The attention to detail Jo has taken with the environment and provides to you is 10/10, it is the most relaxing clinic setting, it felt like being at a spa. I had microneedling and the experience felt levels above a couple of previous beauticians I have had which is a reputable clinic. I was made to feel comfortable, relaxed (though Jo offers more relaxing treatments) and as a mum with a little baby who hasn’t taken much self care for a while, I cannot wait for my next monthly treat to myself.

I had a PRP vampire facial with Shell. She took my blood for the PRP, cleansed my face, and then applied the serum using microneedling. She was very friendly and explained each step of the process clearly. When I was leaving, she invited me to pop one of the salon balloons for a chance to win a prize. I was lucky enough to win a free classic facial, which I’m very grateful for. I’m looking forward to coming back in January to receive it.
