WOW. Probably the best massage I've ever had, and a gorgeous little place as well. My mum bought me the 'Best of Both' massage/facial combo for Christmas. I'd not had a massage for ages and literally never had a facial. Boy, did I need them both! Victoria was fantastic and super knowledgeable. I asked her to dig in and she really did. Firstly being a little apprehensive to have my first non surgical aesthetic treatment.. I had nothing but a great experience .. from the consultation alone took away any fears as the owner herself was very hospitable and caring of what she does and how the treatment can make one feel… just doing the body contour alone has made me feel so much better in myself .. and someone who at the age of 46 is now experiencing facial acne … the hydro facial was less than amazing … Thank you girls .. can’t wait to see end results and also see what other treatments to come can do to make me feel amazing !

Nice facial. Would have been nice to have arm/hand massage whilst the mask is on, instead of lying there for 10 minutes. Feel it’s a little cheeky when you’re paying for 75 minute facial but you lose 10 minutes of this.

Victoria was not just great with all the treatment that she did for me, herself was very nice and friendly. The neck and back massage was so nice and relaxing. Facial was lovely I came out glowing and had some compliments from friends of how lovely I looked. The place is lovely and clean and has a great view of the castle while having the pedicure and lovely cup of tea. Thank you will be coming back again.

Amazing service, very polite and helpful staff, I am currently having Body sculpting and wanted a hydro facial but didn’t want to have that separately so the staff accommodated this and did both these treatments together and was done within a hour and half. Best Hydro facial experience and I definitely could see the difference. Thank you Bee and Roma for accommodating both treatments together

First time getting my lashes done from lashed by queen and honestly it was amazing. My lashes are absolutely stunning can’t stop looking at them and just the whole experience was great. It was comfortable and I felt in safe hands. Would highly recommend making lash by queen your regular lash tech.
