Appointment was at 9.30 had to wait for wax to heat up; so 20 minute appointment was actually 40 minute. Not great when had planned for the 20 but cant fault the therapist who was doing the waxing.

What an amazing experience I had and genuine positive feedback for all the staff as I had done each treatment by all the available staff. Will recommend to everyone and definitely visit again..! Thank you

True Beauty team never fail to impress 🙌🏼 I'm a regular customer at True Beauty, whether it's eyebrows, laser or massages by Raman, Gigi & Nav! Had my Hydra Facial and Vacuum Micro-needling + RF treatment. Nav deep cleansed my face with the Hydra Facial leaving the skin feeling super soft and refreshed followed by Vacuum Micro-needling + RF treatment (which I was super nervous about), the soreness/redness calmed down more a less straightaway. Highly recommend!!

Shaz was so lovely!! She was really helpful and told me everything I needed to know and how to look after my lips. She was very friendly and helped me feel really comfortable while I was there. Walked in and my appointment was started right away which i liked. The girls are lovely, always up for a chat. I’ve had face laser and i’ve seen amazing results just after one session. Would deffo recommend!!
