Appointment was at 9.30 had to wait for wax to heat up; so 20 minute appointment was actually 40 minute. Not great when had planned for the 20 but cant fault the therapist who was doing the waxing.

I had a great experience. The salon was clean and tidy, and I was welcomed by a very friendly owner who also carried out two great services. One of which was a Hollywood wax, which was quick and as pain free as you can expect a wax!

Not a bad facial, just not the best Ive had! The therapist was very sweet. Place wasn’t as spotless as I hoped, noticed dust on the floor and various other small things. . Directions to get to them would be helpful on the website.. it’s a small door off the high street even though it’s a high street address.

Comfy, clean, professional setting. Rai was very knowledgeable and ensured that I fully understood every step of the procedure before she proceeded. The procedure was very tolerable to the point where I fell asleep. The air con during a heat wave was also a much welcome touch. I am very pleased with the final outcome. Very proud of my brows.
