Well what can I say at the age of 60 I decided I needed a little help , after a consultation and lots of help and advice from Rachel I went for the vampire facial I was dreading it but it was absolutely painless , Rachel explained everything she was doing ,my face feels lifted and tight and my skin has a lovely glow I can defo see an improvement and I can’t wait to see the progress as the plasma starts to work , I’m booked in again in 6 weeks and can’t wait ! Oh Zarah what an absolute babe you are! I’m obsessed with my lashes every time and retention is always on point 😍 I trust Zarah with basically every hair on my body and she never disappoints!!!! Today was my first session of laser on the legs, yes it's a bit sensitive but I'm looking forward to carrying on and seeing the results. My 3rd under arm laser I believe, since the 2nd appt barely any hair is growing back but roots can still be seen. Sooo much easier than worrying about hair pits on show. Lastly I had laser for my pigmentation,this doesnt hurt. It feels more like a warm spark, today my skin is feeling fab and I also look forward to seeing how this peels. Always happy with the service and treatments.

I had the reset and glow facial this afternoon with Clare and I cannot recommend Clare and the treatment enough! I received a voucher for Ro Skin for my birthday I haven’t been before and don’t often get a facial so was a lovely treat. Clare was so welcoming, friendly and very knowledgable. The room was cosy, warm and so relaxing. Whilst the face mask was on Clare gave a neck, shoulder arm and hand massage which I was not expecting but was amazing! I’ve gone for two separate treatments over the week - lash lift and eyebrow wax and illumi facial. Both women are really good at what they do, the waxing is so gentle and the lash lift very effective. Daniela really knows what she’s doing when it comes to face peels and laser, and ensured the treatment was safe above all else.

Cherelle is lovely. Her knowledge of hair types ìs thorough, and you always leave feeling like a princess. The salon is very well presented and all the team are welcoming. My hair was completed in a timely fashion and the cost of my treatment is in line wirh the market today. From blow drying to cutting, keratin treatments to dying my hair, every care has been taken and as much as I would like to keep this a secret, it would be a huge disservice to Charelle. Ladies, if you are looking for a great salon, this is the place. You have everythibg to gain booking yourself in. Easy parking too!

I had my first lymphatic face massage today. It was incredible, signe has magic hands !. Best massage I have ever had on my face. I can also say the same about the neck, shoulder and back massage too.

Really pleased with the results of my hair and my waxing. Eve and Lucy were friendly, polite and listened to what I wanted. Would definitely recommend them. Eve is the beautician and Lucy the hairdresser :)

I had the best experience with Melania. I previously went to hairdresser in London, but I didn’t get what i wanted. However, Melania just turned everything around and I ended up leaving with the biggest smile on my face. My hair looked exactly what I wanted, and exactly how I imagined. I will be returning. Everyone should have this in between hair colours!
