Michelle is brilliant!! I have never been happy with anyone doing my eyebrows in the past as they have always made a mess of them but Michelle did a fantastic job of waxing and tinting them! I am so pleased and the pedicure she did was great, my feet feel and look so nice. Thank you Michelle x

I’ve gone for two separate treatments over the week - lash lift and eyebrow wax and illumi facial. Both women are really good at what they do, the waxing is so gentle and the lash lift very effective. Daniela really knows what she’s doing when it comes to face peels and laser, and ensured the treatment was safe above all else.

Excellent - booked in for a Bikini wax and decided to also try a Nostril wax. TBH I keep on at my husband to get his done but he says its going to hurt too much so I gave it a try and will definitely be having it done again. I thought it was just for the gent's but ladies out there give it ago, it was a little uncomfortable but what waxing isn't.

I had the reset and glow facial this afternoon with Clare and I cannot recommend Clare and the treatment enough! I received a voucher for Ro Skin for my birthday I haven’t been before and don’t often get a facial so was a lovely treat. Clare was so welcoming, friendly and very knowledgable. The room was cosy, warm and so relaxing. Whilst the face mask was on Clare gave a neck, shoulder arm and hand massage which I was not expecting but was amazing! Me and my boyfriend had amazing deep cleaning facial done with Daniela. She was super friendly, kind, knowledgeable and professional. We both now have baby-skin faces and will definitely go again. What can I say apart from wow! After watching the video of the new Ice globe facial I wanted to book. This was the first time having this experience and it was amazing, I felt so relaxed that I think I fell asleep and yeah might have snored oops! Seriously this facial gets a 20/10 for me. I loved the coldness and the warmth and my face felt so refreshed. The neck massage was lush too. Thank you so much Keely, I would definitely recommend this new facial xx 😊

Being from South Africa, I desperately needed to find a good waxing clinic. Yana was absolutely professional and thorough with my wax. Usually, after a wax, I still have lots of stray hairs that are missed but Yana really got them all. The space is beautiful and clean as well. I highly recommend this place- you won’t regret it at all.

I had my first lymphatic face massage today. It was incredible, signe has magic hands !. Best massage I have ever had on my face. I can also say the same about the neck, shoulder and back massage too.

I recently used the Celluma device for a week at home, l found the results amazing! Skin appearance was improved on back and top of my arms using the blue light, on my face, neck and leg scar l used the red light . Charlotte was very helpful with explaing how to use the machine and it's benefits within the clinic setting which was clean and inviting. I would highly recommend Charlotte and her clinic.
