Erica is a very precise and careful professional, that talked me through a wax that could have been painful but wasn't. She's a real skin expert. Plus made sure my bike wasn't stolen! Which was very kind.

Had my first appointment with Erika today for an assessment of my skin. She was really knowledgable and explained everything in great detail to help me understand how we can improve my skin. She did a specific facial for my skin and gave me a great treatment plan going forwards and I look forward to seeing my results!

This was my first time getting an eyebrow wax and soft tint and I'm so happy with them. It'll be nice having effortlessly great eyebrows for a while! Kai is really friendly as well and clearly knows what she's doing. She listened to what I wanted for my brows and she delivered!
