Had a Hollywood wax with Ellie. She is honestly so professional and made me feel so comfortable. I was really nervous but Ellie was very quick, reassured me whole appointment and made sure I was ok throughout. Kim is the most thorough beautician I have been to. An absolute perfectionist. Kim made me so welcome and continued to ask if I was comfortable throughout the treatments. Today I had microdermabration and dermaplaning. Can't wait to go back tomorrow to have my eyebrows waxed and tinted and lip waxed. A thoroughly lovely lady.

What a fantastic experience I loved every minute of it . I had the Japanese head spa with the extra bonus of a leg and foot massage . Holly is professional at all times makes you feel really welcome and relaxed . . You get a fantastic facial and head scrub with the beautiful running water over your head and soothing music to put you into the zone . I’d have this every week if I could I’ll be putting it on every present list from now on thanks Holly just amazing

Absolutely amazing. Chloe is such a lovely person, put me at ease and was so friendly. I was super fidgety, and she was more than accommodating for my fidgets. Checking I was ok and comfortable throughout. You can tell she cares about her craft, and her clients. She has done such an incredible job on my lashes, and was incredibly professional and thorough.
