Gabriella is very knowledgeable in skin types and products and is always more than happy to answer any questions I had! I have had both the Ultimate Glow and This Is Steam facial- both have been very relaxing and I have left with my skin feeling fresh and glowing.

I have been using Emily for my beauty treatments for several years now. This visit, I had a lash lift and tint as well as my first facial, and both treatments were amazing. The space is really relaxing and Emily has such a calm, gentle nature that makes me feel comfortable throughout all of my appointments. I left feeling refreshed, but relaxed and my skin has never felt so soft and smooth. Would always recommend to anyone wanting any treatment.

I have visited many beauty salons and experienced many treatments and I can honestly say Emily is the BEST I have experienced. Luxury salon right in the centre of lowestoft, with free private car park which is brilliant for a quick look round the shops too!

I had a wonderful, relaxing facial from Kimberley, my skin felt amazing and glowing and loved the additional heat mask. Kimberley is a lovely person and very accommodating. My eyebrows looked incredible, great attention to detail and would 100% recommend these treatments.

Lovely facial skin feels very smooth and has a glow very relaxing atmosphere in studio/clinic very modern and super clean and hygienic

Very relaxing yet rejuvenating facial, just what’s needed in January! Had treatment under LED light which has a soft warming glow and felt very soothing. Then massage on hands, arms, neck and shoulders. Great experience, walked out feeling 100% happier! Thank you Danie

Truly amazing!! I had a massage this time but have also had a facial with Emily. She is so kind and the salon is such a relaxing vibe. Since my previous visit, when I had my facial my skin has been so clear and soft, Emily spoke me through the steps she was doing and the products she used smell amazing!! With my full body massage I was transformed into such a state of relaxation I actually fell asleep and my aches drifted away.
