I had my first treatment with Neelam today. I got a hydrofacial and SkinPen treatment, and the entire experience was amazing from start to finish. I felt so relaxed and pampered the whole time. She talked me through every step of the process, explaining what she was doing and what to expect, which made me feel completely comfortable. The service was truly exceptional. Highly recommend! Always a welcome and friendly atmosphere at Hairpoint, chatting with both staff and customers alike. This is what real old fashioned customer service is all about. Had Dermaplaning facial with Mary . My first time having this done and so relaxing and lovely to get a nice steam cleanse and get rid of peach fuzz on my face . Mary was lovely and friendly and took her time doing the facial . Definitely recommend Mary and this facial .

Neelam is absolutely amazing! She has completely transformed the shape of my eyebrows — I’ve never been happier with how they look. Her facials are hands down the best I’ve ever had; my skin always feels refreshed and glowing afterwards. And when it comes to waxing, she’s quick, thorough, and makes the whole experience so comfortable. I couldn’t recommend her more — she’s truly talented at what she does!

Vishani is such a lovely person and so professional. Today she threaded my daughters upper lip. She has now had experience with both waxing and threading and honestly, she prefers threading over waxing! She said Vishani was so gentle and it didn’t hurt as much as waxing. I would definately recommend Vishani’s services and even more so when you have little ones ‘first time’ with treatment.

I’ve been lucky enough to be treated by Neelam for well over a year now, starting with waxing and moving on to laser, which has been a game changer! I’ve always had extremely dark hair and had the struggle of ingrowns and irritation for years, since I’ve started laser hair removal I’ve had barely any ingrowns, my hair is much finer and lighter and my skin overall much smoother. I now feel comfortable and confident enough to wear a bikini on holiday and not worry about rashes or covering myself up.
