The team at the Beauty Refinery did an unbelievable job. My eyebrows and eyelashes have never looked better. This is the only place in Leicester I would go for any beauty treatments!

The salon is immaculate and Sam is always welcoming, professional and friendly. It’s always a treat to come here! It’s the best salon by far in Leicester! Even better than the big names like Clarins.

It was the first time I have had a lash lift and brow lamination and didn’t know what to expect, but having seen some posts and pics of Mia’s work on Oh So Pretty Insta page, it put my mind at ease. Mia was so lovely, talked me through the whole process and what she was doing throughout my appointment. Made me feel extremely comfortable and welcome. She explained all the after care. I had a great experience at lotus salon today! I went in to get my eyebrows done and was really impressed with the service. The staff were friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable right away. The woman that did my brows took her time to shape my brows exactly how I wanted, and the results were clean and precise. Definitely a place I’ll be returning to—highly recommend!
