I went in for a waxing service and I had a wonderful experience with Maritza! Even though I showed up a little bit late, she completed the entire service, made the whole experience comfortable and painless and told me what she was doing before she did it so I knew what to expect! She was wonderful to talk to and made me feel very comfortable overall. The rooms were clean and smelled lovely and the attention she paid to my hair and skin type and the modifications she made to make sure I didn't end up with any irritated skin was so appreciated. Definitely come here!!

Many a salon in Ipswich I have tried but I always return to Purity. Worth every penny. Love Suzanne - if you're new to waxing or a bit lower on the pain tolerance scale then she's the one for you. Will take her time and use all the techniques to make you feel comfortable without rushing you. Cannot recommend this salon enough.

The Cosmic Cocoon treatment with Hannah was by far my best treatment - with all the lighting, music and oils it felt really special. The hot stones over the face was so lovely and the shoulder and neck massage was the perfect pressure. Left feeling very relaxed and happy!
