Many a salon in Ipswich I have tried but I always return to Purity. Worth every penny. Love Suzanne - if you're new to waxing or a bit lower on the pain tolerance scale then she's the one for you. Will take her time and use all the techniques to make you feel comfortable without rushing you. Cannot recommend this salon enough.

The best salon in Ipswich run by the fabulous Sue, who has the most professional advice and treatments. Had my first chemical peel and was quite nervous about not only the treatment , but the results. I need not have been worried ? as the experience was so enjoyable and the results incredible. Betty was so professional, friendly and gave the best service. Highly recommended. The facility is well presented, clean and everyone was really friendly. So nice to have such a positive place in Ipswich town. Parking right outside (£2 hour - bonus) and you can pay on card. Thanks again and be seeing you again! Jay x

I had some waxing treatments with Suzie yesterday and she was incredibly kind, professional, and efficient, making me feel completely at ease throughout and was very reassuring. I went in for a waxing service and I had a wonderful experience with Maritza! Even though I showed up a little bit late, she completed the entire service, made the whole experience comfortable and painless and told me what she was doing before she did it so I knew what to expect! She was wonderful to talk to and made me feel very comfortable overall. The rooms were clean and smelled lovely and the attention she paid to my hair and skin type and the modifications she made to make sure I didn't end up with any irritated skin was so appreciated. Definitely come here!!

Hannah was amazing and so calming and relaxing. I had a lip and chin wax which normally is a horrible experience but she made it so calming, and with the hot wax I’ve come away afterwards and it does not sting at all. She has a real soft touch. Really impressed! Xx

My beautician was lovely, made me feel comfortable. Very efficient and no soreness after. Only negative was upon inspection when I got home, there seemed to be some hair which was not removed, there were spare hairs here and there and also a small patch. Whenever I’ve had a Hollywood wax in the past, the beautician removed everything then tweased any remaining hairs and also removed any ingrown hairs too which wasn’t done this time round.

As always had an amazing massage with Gabby. She really knows her stuff, she knows where to target to get rid of niggles, tightness & helped rid troubles I have whilst sleeping (pins & needles in arms & hands). Highly recommend.
