Booked a last minute appointment with Melissa after not being able to get a waxing appointment at my usual salon, and I'm so pleased I did. Melissa was really friendly, professional throughout, and regularly checked on my comfort during the bikini wax. It was my first visit to this lovely little salon having received a voucher as a gift. I had an upper back hot oil massage and a rose quartz facial. Louise is very welcoming and friendly and done a wonderful job so relaxing, so relaxing that I think I was snoring a few times🤭. Would definitely recommend it hope to visit again soon.

Another fabulous facial from Louise. I had the detox and my face felt (and looked) a million times better. I had to skip the back massage today (😢) because of a bad back, but I have to say, the heated bed really helped ease it. My son (35) came along with me today for the men’s facial and back massage and says he feels so much better for it. As always, Louise made us feel completely at ease and pampered. Brilliant!

Had a Pearl Prescription Facial today. Louise had to apply 3 different face masks to different areas of my face to address my needy skin! I just lay there letting Louise do all the hard work whilst I relaxed in her beautiful salon. I just love coming here x

Absolutely fantastic experience!! Nikki was so attentive to my every need & what was 45 mins, seemed to have lasted much longer as I came out feeling extremely relaxed & my face/skin was glowing!! Today I tried the new hydra facial and once again was not disappointed. From walking through the front door to the wonderful calming aroma to the gorgeous relaxing treatment room with heated bed, which on a cold autumnal day was simply bliss to then the amazing facial by Louise. Love Rachel doing my hair, lovely girls and atmosphere. I don’t mind paying the huge increase in cost for a great job. but charging a fee to pay by card is a bit of a cheek especially if you pay your 50% deposit by card and charged a card fee again when you pay balance. Very greedy of proprietor.

Had the most amazing facial today off holly, what a relaxing, professional service. I will definitely return for more of hollys amazing beauty services and will be recommending to family and friends. Everyone in the salon was super friendly. Thank you

Rachel is amazing! She always listens to what I want and somehow makes it even better. Her curling skills are incredible—my hair always looks effortlessly styled and the curls last for days. She also does a fantastic eyebrow wax—quick, precise, and painless. On top of all that, she’s warm, friendly, and makes every visit a joy. Highly recommend!
